How we got here

We started VIT Insight because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses spending money on software that didn’t actually solve their problems. Fancy dashboards nobody used. Automations that didn’t match how teams really worked.
The pattern was always the same—businesses struggling with manual work, drowning in paperwork, unsure how to grow. And the vendors they hired kept building features instead of finding the real problem.
